It's a market. I'm just curious. You can buy and sell channels. By selling liquidity you can earn sats.

Yes I use it, but not anymore. I found my own way to manage my node liquidity. I think LT main focus is not for noob users and is working nice when you have a lot of liquidity. Its main focus is for big / good public nodes, swaps, LSPs etc.
Never used it, but it has 147 channel offers right now.
