I'll let you know. Biggest if's for me are:
  1. no coffee
  2. finding 90 minutes per day spread apart to exercise

I think you can still have coffee as long as it’s a part of your diet program? Or did I miss that. My diet program will be 2000 calories only with the called out no alcohol or am I cheating doing that you think
