As a very very proud Indian 😂, its "Gandhi's Four Stages of Truth" (also known as the Four Stages of a Movement).

Mahatma Gandhi described the process of social change in four stages:

First they ignore you (Silent at first)
Then they laugh at you (Mocked in delight)
Then they fight you (Struggle, a challenging fight)
Then you win (Victory crowns the end of the tale)

It's that quote that's always falsely attributed to Gandhi instead of union leader Nicholas Klein (which I probably also pedantically pointed out on the original post if I saw it).
