It's that quote that's always falsely attributed to Gandhi instead of union leader Nicholas Klein (which I probably also pedantically pointed out on the original post if I saw it).
Promulgating an idea and implementing it has a lot of galaxies in between. Come to India and you'll know why Gandhi is the founder.
I wasn't criticizing Gandhi -- his reputation is global -- just noting the quote's often misattributed.
