Thai people (at least, the villagers in the village I stayed at) keep a red ant nest and eat ants with rice

I've had them once or twice. I definitely didn't hate them..it's been a very long time, I should revisit them. I think there's a high end French restaurant my wife wants to go to, I bet they have them there.
