What should I say? Each one will look for the best option suitable for his use case. There are good tips in that article too. Important is how to fuck the govs every day and sometimes your best option is to fight them with their own tools.
Here for example is a similar approach (is a spanish video) using a LLC in US. You can use also a trust.

yeah teritorial/no tax residency + us llc (or uk llp since its also a pass through entity) is the most common setup for people that are somewhere on the flag theory spectrum as it tends to be the lowest cost option.
trusts are a bit more complicated in civil law countries as they tend to interpret them however they like (never in your favor of course)
