Why don’t you raise the fees only for making anon posts? Perhaps that would discourage some of the spam.

I don't agree. I don't think raising the fees is gonna raise engagement in the comments. The reason why @k00b is concerned about the memes in the @saloon is because there were MORE memes than the real discussion. Had there been equal number of discursive but original comments, he wouldn't have bothered.

Today, we visited Singapore Zoo with a fellow Singapore-Japanese couple. We had chanced upon each other when we took our children to a Mathlympics event organised by the childcare centre several months ago. What were the chances that we could meet people of a similar profile in a non-descript town in Singapore?
Feeling so happy that I can compare notes with the Singaporean husband and realise that we have been through similar experiences. This may be the start of a beautiful long-suffering husband support group!
