I meant @satoshe , they seem to believe that the backend should be nostr. They must have good reasons for that, so why not create an MVP? Nostr is FOSS, as well as stacker.news, so nothing stopping them.
Me, I'm happy with the current stacker.news backend. I think with nostr in it's current state it would become unusable.
Callback functions are a little bit tricky to understand at first, but basically it let's you pass a function into another function as a parameter. The function you pass in gets then called from inside the function called.
function doCallBack(cb){ cb() } doCallBack(()=>{ console.log("i got called from within doCallBack") })
The code OP provided can be included as a whole inside the body tag, or. really anywhere in the html document. as you can see, the function
connect
is declared on line 2, and then called on line 15. which means it will start running as soon as the page is loaded.when the events fire, the callback function gets called. the callback function gets passed in as a parameter on line 15, it logs the event/res
I think nostr is great, but it's still such a young technology. It has still a lot of issues and a lot of potential for improvement. Lately it has seen a lot of hype, but hype alone won't float the boat. It needs more development, the UX needs to become smoother. I think integration should happen
(if at all) in parallel to the core application, to ensure the UX doesn't take a hit.
They ask him: Are you a scammer?
Him: I didn't mean to scam anybody (but it just happened)
They: oh noo, so sorry for you, that must be tough.. here some applause (clapclapclap)
what a bunch of A-holes
and I've not even been affected by this pig, but drives me nuts anyway
While that might be the case, there must have been some people that sent BTC to the exchange. They claim not to touch them, but it seems like they got sold immediately in order to pump their shitcoin
