**Inspiration**
Bitcoin and Nostr solved money and identity, the base layers of our society, but commerce as a second layer is still mostly captured by the State and corporate interest. Local businesses lose up to 40% of their revenues to intermediaries like centralized delivery app (12-30% take rate), banks (4% MDR) and the State (5-15% taxes).

**What it does**
Kartapio allows merchants to publish their products to Nostr and receive orders and payments from any Nostr client that implements NIP-15.

**How it's built**
We built it using Typescript/Svelte, the NDK library for Nostr integration, bitcoinConnect for NWC integration and Shadcn as our frontend component library. The project is a static page hosted on Cloudflare.

**What's next for Kartapio**
Allow customers to create/sign in to their own Nostr accounts in order to write/read reviews and discover new venues based on their web-of-trust. Support stablecoins (especially on Bitcoin) as an alternative payment method for broader adoption Generate product events from a photo of the menu using LLM to make merchant onboarding easier Monetization features like: freemium relays, featured venues, fiat payment processing, integration with delivery partners and premium productivity features.

By declaring a sovereign territory, one is literally declaring the right to self-governance and, therefore, independence from other powers. ## `The Steps to Claiming a Sovereign Territory`

1. Create a Private Pure Trust Declaration

The first thing to do in claiming a sovereign territory is to prepare a Private Pure Trust Declaration. This is your deed of trust between you and your land where you declare that you are the owner of the land and responsible before it. File this declaration in your local records office. Obtain a certified copy of the record with stamp/seal from the record office.

2. Claim of Right

Once the Private Pure Trust Declaration is drawn up, you'll have to go down to your local records office and file what's called a Claim of Right. This gives notice that you have a right of self-governance and autonomous control over your land. Obtain from them a certified copy of the record bearing the stamp/seal of the record office.

3. Publish Public Notice of Your Claim

Giving Public Notice in the National Gazette: Your claim must be given public notice in the national gazette in order for this to be made official. This will make your claim publicly known and secure your position as a sovereign over your land.

4. Cancel Registration of Land

You no longer recognize foreign authorities that would arbitrarily register your land since you are now a sovereign territory. Complete the process by canceling the registration of your land in the local records office.

5. Record of Establishment of a Sovereign Territory

Create a Record of Establishment of a Sovereign Territory, outlining the actions you have undertaken in claiming your territory. You will mail this document to the former presumed holder of the territorial rights to officially declare your sovereignty.

Sovereign Power and Responsibility

We are all born Sovereign, a complete, whole independent being. Sui Generis: a unique being of its own kind.  We aren’t rooted to the floor, we move around independently and find our own way. We make laws for ourselves and rule ourselves, according to what we need and how we want to live our lives. We are our own supreme ruler. We have supreme, independent authority over our own flesh and blood body. This is our land, this is our territory.  

We are our own land, and we have full authority and jurisdiction to apply our own rules and laws to ourselves. We can also apply our rules and laws to anyone who steps into our territory, into our jurisdiction.  That stays with us where ever we are, we are never without it.  

We take our own land with us wherever we go and no one has jurisdiction over us without our genuine consent. We are always in charge of ourselves, no matter where we are. And even when we contract, no one can take away our inalienable rights, ever.  They cannot be contracted away, given away or transferred.  They are your enduring rights, with you to the end. 

We are always in charge of ourselves and those who want to interact with us, just as they are in charge if you want to interact with them. Every interaction is an offer to contract, it is either accepted or declined.  Whoever makes the first move makes the offer.  It can be a question, an inquiry, an order, demand, request. Without a contract, you have no obligations, and you cannot be required to do, or prevented from dong, anything. 

We can decide to live alone, or we can decide to live with other people.  If we live with others, natural rules will evolve.  For those rules to be equitable, we must know our standing.  To know our standing we must know our inalienable rights, that is, the rights we were born with, rights essential to exist in relative peace and security.  Our inalienable rights are needed for survival, and they are part of our property.  We must protect ourselves and our property, and if we choose to live with others, we must care for them and help to protect their property too.  

To care for others, we must cause no harm, no loss, no injury to anyone, and know that our rights end where another’s begins.  This is our social contract, the law common to all.  Along with local customs and traditions, it becomes the common law of the land.  Law of the land has to be lawful and align with natural law. Anything that does not align with natural law is unlawful and cannot be part of the law of the land.  

If you stick to these simple rules of no harm, no loss, no injury, you can cause no wrong, and everything that is not a wrong is your right. You can live freely, in harmony with yourself and others, and be your complete, unique, creative self.  You can be as your creator intended you to be.  This is your right, and no one has authority prevent you.  We are all equal under the law.  No one is above the law. This is the rule of law.

Being Sovereign is very powerful and brings with it responsibility.  Sovereign beings are responsible for providing for themselves, and their family all the essentials needed to exist, such as food, water, shelter, health, judgement, protection, education, clothes, power.  It’s easier to do this in cooperation with others, but most of us completely rely on others for all of these things. 

To rely on others for all of life’s essentials makes us controlled beings, not sovereign beings.  This makes us fearful, and enslaved us.  We are at the mercy of our controllers, so we do as they say.  We are not living free.  If we want to be free, to live as intended, we must take back our sovereign power, take back responsibility, take back control and learn to say no.[^1]

If you use the name given to you (Legal name), you did not create that name, and therefore you cannot control it. However, when you create your own new Lawful Sovereign name, you control everything you create with that name.

I've been studying this for several months and happened to find a government website with the information. And it does stay at the top once you gain the knowledge of this information do not abuse it!! And then it has a list of how to buy homes cars property abandoned property foreclosed property and unsecured debt!!!; A new car that you purchase is an unsecured debt if the paperwork is filled out correctly and given to the car lot it can be turned into the government and the government will not void on an honest debt!! Legally you are making the car lot a temporary executor of the stock it takes to honor the value of debt that is unsure whatever it is.

This is an example of how things work when you or your spouse go to a bank and ask to apply for a mortgage and let’s just say “hypothetically” you get approved for a mortgage so what the bank does in return is file a 1099-A acquisition of property on you or your spouse’s behalf and they use your Social Security number as a lien to redeem the funds directly from the treasury. The way money is created here in the United States is by debt. In every situation there is always a creditor and there is always a debtor. For every transaction regarding a creditor and debtors’ relationship it's established by the idea that every creditor needs a quote-on-quote surety of payment. So, once you go into dealing with any company to qualify you for any loan, they want to know that you are a good candidate for the surety or repayment of the debt. remember this, there is no money and money is created through debt and debt must have a bond. Now since we broke that down here’s what you can receive using a 1099-A form, you can purchase a home, car, truck, boat, etc. 

First and foremost people understand who you are and understand what your social security really is.

How to respond to illicit & immoral Payment Requests & Notices of Prosecution?

Not sure the title is clear enough, and I'm posting here in the AGORA as I noticed few posts on freedom, natural and commercial law before. I personally do not feel anymore this topic should be under conspiracy (we are talking facts, not theories) or libertarian (isn't about politics or liberty, but about freedom). I'll indeed be curious about these territories founder's opinion on this manner (Cc: @AGORA, @UCantDoThatDotNet  @benwehrman)

Kinda getting tired of getting this scam notices in my letterbox and even more tired to waste precious value of my work on paying this pseudo unlawful and "legal" notices. My _legalise_ vocabulary lack technical terms, so pardon me if some concepts are not well explained.

Not sure how many are familiar with this, and I'm posting here for two main reasons:
- create awareness about this topic, as any entity that send you letters is basically a business trying to scam and make use of your persona.
- try myself for the first time and see where it leads, defining the limit between studying and practically doing to ideally convert information to knowledge.

Apparently, these notices can be easily avoided simply by sending them back to the company that issue them, together with a letter explaining various reasons why the notice has been returned:
- the infringements of the [Universal Declaration of Human Rights](https://www.un.org/sites/un2.un.org/files/2021/03/udhr.pdf),
- The misuse and appropriation of my appellative to create a CAPITAL LETTER business without my consent,
- Lack of evidential to support the alleged claims,
- Jurisdiction ambiguity and nature of offense,
- Inadequate explanation of legal rights, 

I understand these concepts are applicable globally, and 99% of the supposed “nations” are actually registered companies doing businesses as usual under the caws of commerce. So I've been doing some research and found many templates that can be used to respond to this kind of request in various part of the globe. US is obviously the most prominent generating this type of contents, but also found something in NZ, AU, and UK, everything obviously in English.

People in the territory I'm currently living use a different language, and I tried to find the common denominators (listed above) to create the template for my response. Now coming to practicalities, I'd like to ask for help, especially to @Darthcoin, @Lux @Mo and most recently @Hamstr that have been inspiring me to spend more time digging in this deep rabbit hole. As above, so below... few humble questions:

1. Does one need to trademark or copyright it's birth name before responding to this type of requests? 
2.  Does one need to attach also an affidavit when sending back these notices? 
3. Does the letter need to be signed with (blue/purple/red) wet ink,
4. Does the letter need to also be authenticated with a fingerprint and a stamp? (in this case I understand I'll keep the original and send a copy of the authenticated document)
5. There's anything else I should do before sending back this notice?

Bunch is a drop-in loyalty layer for Bitcoin-accepting merchants. It tracks punches locally alongside existing payment flows, without touching invoices or custody. Made for the @btcpp Taipei hackathon. 

Most loyalty rewards programs force merchants to adopt expensive platforms and force customers to give up personal data. At the same time, Bitcoin merchants often already have a working checkout and don’t want to replace it just to offer simple rewards.

Inspired by the simplicity of paper punch cards, what would a digital punch card look like if it worked with Bitcoin payments, respected privacy, and didn’t introduce a new platform or payment system?

Bunch is the answer.

# Integration with Bitcoin POS Systems
Bunch is designed to work alongside existing Bitcoin payment infrastructure like BTCPay Server, LNbits, or any Lightning/Bitcoin payment system. Bunch never creates invoices or handles payments—it only tracks loyalty rewards after payment confirmation.

### How It Works
1. Merchant generates purchase QR → Bunch creates a unique purchase nonce (single-use, 10-minute expiry)
2. Customer scans QR → Customer's device claims the nonce and waits for confirmation
3. Payment happens → Merchant processes payment via their existing POS system (BTCPay, LNbits, etc.)
4. Merchant confirms payment → Merchant marks the purchase as paid in Bunch, awarding the punch
4. Customer sees update → Real-time sync updates customer's progress

# What it does
Bunch is a drop-in customer loyalty punch-card layer for Bitcoin-accepting merchants.

It works alongside existing Bitcoin payment flows (e.g., BTCPay, LNbits, zap-based payments) without creating invoices or handling money.

1. Merchants create a punch card (e.g. “Buy 5, get 1 free”)
2. Customers join a session by scanning a QR
3. Each purchase generates a one-time QR
4. After the merchant confirms payment, a punch is awarded
5. When the card is full, the customer redeems in person with merchant confirmation
6. No accounts. No customer database. No new payment system.

Governments are registered Business, what's their most valuable asset?

If the title sound a surprise or a conspiracy to you, well, I tell you, we have so much stuff to unlearn and much more to learn. Rewire our brain I feel will be not enough, our souls have been violated since involuntary inception and each one of us can do something to have this loop ending. Anyhow, this rabbit hole feels so dark and too deep to explore it by myself, so want to share some thoughts.
