I'm a fan of all of the above
You can setup a geyser for donations
Bullish Bitcoiner can assist with the merch, Runstr would be willing to sponsor, and memberships make sense.
He ought to take more responsibility for his life.
His laziness will probably continue to be a burden for his parent and the collective, a mix of both.
I think it was Song who pointed out that in the past, if you disgraced your family, you got disowned. Perhaps it created a stronger incentive to take responsibility for your life.
I think people have been de-responsiblized and satiated into being pleasure seeking npcs.....I'm thinking consequence is more of a natural state and that we shouldn't need strong incentives to have a bit of agency.
My Wife's brother is the same age as me, lives in his parents basement, and gets paid under the table for working at his dads autobody shop. He has no plans to take over the shop, and without his parents assistance he would have a hard time finding/keeping a job. He plays video games all day and his mom cooks all his meals and does all the chores.

Count me in.
I was toying with the idea of using an open source fitness tracker.
Potentially allowing users to build one themselves, as a part of the whole DIY open source hardware ethos stuff.
Build a fitness tracker ring similar to building a seed signer.
And I want to give runners the options to store run data in nostr relays and blossom servers.
That way if someone comes out with a better running app on nostr, you can import your run data to the other app.
Nope, and its still early in development, but a zap.store release is around the corner.
Should I look into Garmin stuff?
The hardware piece is interesting.
Imagine if you had a ring that tracked health and fitness metrics and you could tap it on your phone to save the encrypted data into relays.
Nice man, keep up the great work.
I should probably take the starter front end and back end courses again.
I've only ever done a half,
I cant see myself hitting 100 miles in a week,
I should definitely hit a marathon though.
A weekly page in the app?
I was thinking individual chatrooms similar to stacker news territories for run clubs.
The RUNSTR feed pulls in Running related nostr notes and i've just got it back working again in the app.
I Need to continue testing the run tracker but once its in ok shape, I'll release the project on zap.store.
