I can only imagine the ones with the wooden spoons.
If I added a sweet potato to omad that might be enough. Otherwise, I've found myself eating sardines/oysters/beef jerky early in the day.
I probably wouldn’t even count that as a meal, depending on the quantity.

From what I’ve read about fasting, eating or drinking very small amounts of calories doesn’t shift you out of that metabolic state.
I’m counting days as OMAD whenever I consume less than about 100 calories outside my window.
