Instead of host lnbits on voltage you better buy a cheap VPS and host it and install it yourself.

You have also the advantage to use that VPS as your personal VPN using wireguard.

Voltage is 25 bucks when a cheap VPS could be lke 5 bucks and you can do whatever you want.

A lnbits + phoenixd backend works instanly on any simple vps.

If you do not want phoenixd you can use Rizful node as backend through NWC.

In all cases you don't need a full bitcoun node.

And no, you cannot migrate the data from voltage.
