Anonymity is a different subject than privacy. If you are sharing sensitive info with another person, info you don't want to be public or in the hands of potentially nefarious actors, then what you need is privacy. Things like wallet addresses and LIghtning channel info, for example, may only be intended for a particular person. Telegram should not be used. Signal is a better choice. NOSTR of course. SimpleX looks cool!

Private means YOU do not post anything that is private on a public network. All internet is a public network so treat it as such.
Screaming out loud that you do not have privacy on Telegram is like running naked in a public square and scream that you do not have privacy and people should not take photos with you naked.
If you want to run naked, then do it in your own home.
