stackers have outlawed this. turn on wild west mode in your /settings to see outlawed content.
I had messed up my settings. They were always attached, just not visible. You know, I'm pretty sure you and I had some worthwhile exchanges in the past. Did some asshole kidnap you and take over your account?

What did @Solomonsatoshi say to make you say that?

He just accused me of hypocrisy- claiming I disconnected my wallet while claiming I wanted to use bitcoin as money. You can see our discussion. It was a misunderstanding. We worked it out. I have had good conversations with him in the past, even if we disagree a lot.
reply
Well, if you ask me, it was a fair accusation, considering neither you nor he knew enough about the badges
But that's just my two credits
Btw, "sorry" for chiming in on this conversation, but as you hopefully know, Iām not someone who will just look the other way when I see something worth mentioning š

That's right. That's why we worked it out. About that, BTW, when did you change the settings re gun and horse? I always hide my hat, but my gun and horse were visible. It kind of sucks, because now I must reveal my hat if I want stackers to know I use real sats. Bit of a privacy hit, no?
reply
I don't remember changing it, and I don't think we ever had a setting to hide the gun and horse, so I think it's always been the case that if you hide your hat, you also hide your gun and horse ("cowboy essentials").
I could ofc be wrong though.

Remember that post you agreed with me on? I have had my hat hidden for at least a month or two. When I made that post a week or so ago my hat was hidden, but my gun and horse were visible. Think about it. People would have been all over me as a hypocrite that day too. Even more so.

I'm glad you did. I have been thinking about @Solomonsatoshi after all this happened. I know he's got a bad reputation, and that caused me to overreact. It's maybe a case of me being influenced by people who's opinions I respect. I have read some people think he's a bot. I sometimes question my ability to detect bots. I don't always agree with him, particularly with the China stuff, but I'm glad he posts about it. He makes this place less of an echo chamber.
I apologise for wrongly assuming you had deliberately detached your wallet- knowing that @DarthCoin is doing this and that others have followed his example, I made that wrong assumption.
Did not know a wallet can be attached but not visible.
Not here to arsemilk sats but to speak truthfully as I see things.
I will therefore point out where I see what appears to be hypocrisy, and will apologise if I am wrong.
If that is behaviour that you want to characterise as me being an arsehole, then so be it.
Often what I find here is that when people are challenged on their ideas and assertions instead of responding in a reasoned manner to support their ideas and assertions in a contest of ideas they lash out and attack me personally.

I also think you can be annoying but I respect that you don't give a fuck and keep challenging people
reply
Fair enough. I hope we have good conversations in the future too.
