I think it's just any time you receive sats (or CCs), whether from zaps or rewards or anything else.

I laugh every morning going in and dropping off packages. I use prepay labels, so I don't have to deal with the counter. 20 people deep this morning. Walked in, smiled, dropped the package in the package box, walked out.
