I believe there are atomic swap protocols available. I can't speak to their quality or security. I have never done this nor do I hold monero. There is a prominent bitcoin podcaster, Peter MacCormack of What Bitcoin Did, who I believe uses cake wallet to transfer back and forth between monero and bitcoin.
