Thinking about signing up for Fold App's debit card. What has been your experience with the card? Pros/Cons? Love the idea of earning sats back on purchases but curious if anyone has had a bad experience. I appreciate the input!

Fold App does not work with GrapheOS phone. The screen grays out after clicking on the submit button. It would probably work on the average normie phone.

I’ve been using it for ~ 2 years and managed to stack a lot of sats, but their standard layout used to be 2%, is now 1%, and it seems their spins default to give you as little as possible regularly. Was even a premium member for a year, and it mostly just gave you extra spins to maximize your chance of nailing a better reward per spend… The referral incentives were great, but I’ve stopped using it because I now use the Gemini credit card… particularly the 3% BTC back on dining

When people (especially US people) will stop using these cards, aka fiat cards?
You guys scream all around about "bitcoin adoption" but all the time you go back to using fiat.

the wheel is dumb but fun. the card itself is pretty good being a visa card but still some merchants wont accept it. its nice to receive direct deposit into and to spend while getting 1% minimum back in sats.
rumors of being able to fund your card via LN in 2023.

you're saying some merchants won't accept it due to its association with Bitcoin? Or is the card just as accepted as a regular Visa card?

some merchants dont recognize the card for whatever reason. Ive had issues with verizon not accepting the card and 2 other merchants.
it could be because of the bitcoin association or however fold has their cards setup.
