I would think Russia, China and Iran would be the most willing to confront the U.S. head on right now.

I was pretty surprised to read, a few weeks ago, that Saudi Arabia were looking to be part of the New Development Bank too.

Don't they largely just sell oil - and get paid only in USD?

Oh well, we'll see...
