This was a really interesting listen.
Lots of good points about how modern diets could be effecting our physical and mental health in bad ways.
I for one will try and start eating animals organs to see if it does improve certain aspects of my health.
Organs is something I've never tried but humans would eat them all the time in the old days.
Liver is probably a good place to start, fry it up and see how it tastes.
I could probably consume bone broth, but eating liver is immediately gag inducing. I find it so tough to eat no matter how much I season it. I started a mostly carnivore/low carb diet about two weeks ago.

Yeah I've seen a few people say they don't like liver much but I'm willing to give it a go.
How is your new diet going so far? Have you noticed much improvement or change in yourself?

Definitely have lost some weight. I'm also doing intermittent fasting. It's odd. I feel like I've grown some muscle (most noticeable in the quads), but I haven't been lifting weights or putting serious stress on my muscles. Just walking around a few times a week like I normally do. The main source of carbs and sugar from my diet nowadays is from a bit of Lakewood brand cranberry juice. Also, twice a month, I'll have some salmon sashimi with a little rice, soy sauce and wasabi to get some fish in my diet. Mostly carnivore, but not 100%.

Thank for sharing m8. Its just a shame that most people cant afford healthy and decent food beacuse of the shitty money they use.
Hopefully people will switch to a more healthy diet after they switch to a hard money and can afford the good stuff.
