Is anyone on twitter/x following this weird Jason Lowery story about him claiming he is being silenced by US gov? Is this just an attention grab?

Interesting character. Clearly a smart guy but he does seem to be a bit of an attention whore. Maybe some truth to it in the sense that his superiors don't want him talking so much about Bitcoin but I wouldn't be shocked if he is exaggerating for attention.

I've seen him delete tweets seconds after posting.
In one, he explained how he had worked in electronic warfare and was relating his experience to his thesis for Softwar. Boom, gone in 2 seconds.
I have a hunch that his social media is followed very closely by the govt and he is told to remove things (or they are removed for him) when he says things that make his employer nervous. Totally makes sense. He has plenty of privileged information!
As far as attention grab, he is honest about blocking people that argue with him for the purpose of angering them and making the issue go viral. Apparently it worked. He gamified online rage in order to spread his thesis. Cant blame him... it did work to spread his thesis.

And if that's true, why would he post it on Twitter which is easily reprehensible?
