send them back an affidavit asking questions to prove their accusations and who is the real living man behind those accusations.
All letters from a "court" are invitations to an "act". You are invited to act as a person (dead entity) not as a living man.
That's the biggest trick and people fall for it.
You respond in front of a jury (not a judge) only if there's a crime committed.

I had an accident and part of my middle finger was ripped off.
The citadel construction was postponed for 1 month at least.
Is really painful the recovery (had to cut a bit from the bone and some nerves were touched), but the real pain is that I cannot do anything, just waiting to be cured.
