Court as a Trust

The court is being set up as a trust, so these questions can be asked regarding the construction of a trust that resembles your full name:
“I must confirm the following regarding this name:
Is there an illegal trust before this court that was set up using a nom de guerre, which resembles this name?”
If the clerk answers “no”, give them forewarning that they will be personally liable if this is to be found untrue.
If the clerk answers “yes”, which is unlikely, respond as follows:
“I require the bond to be brought forward. Is there a reference number or bond number attached to your paperwork?”
“I do not consent to being surety for this case and these proceedings.”
“I demand the bond be immediately brought forward so I can see who will indemnify me if I am damaged.”
And when you show to the clerk that YOU are the real owner of that trust, presenting the UCC-1 trust papers, you will see how they will close the case without any charges (except real crimes).

The Problem - Who Owns Your Name

Imagine waking up one day only to realize that everything you worked all your life for was not owned by you. Furthermore, you find out unbeknown to you that everything you did was done under the name of a corporation. You investigate a little further and you find out that this corporation has tied you into multiple contractual obligations - and here you are paying in the corporation's name for this and this and this ... adnaseum, effectively bleeding away everything you make. Does this sound like a nightmare or does this sound like real life? Well that sound you hear is your wake up call.

i have a few free months coming up to focus on this. it's not intimidating anymore, but time for focused reading is required... my only concern is that a few months will be barely enough to scratch the surface :(
