That was one hell of a read. As a newer user it's really cool seeing these older posts and getting an insight into the people who have been here much longer.
You don't really get that on places like reddit, this place is so great because you can actually start building upon previous interactions and start to understand where people are coming from.
Hopefully you had a good year since then.

@siggy47 is also doing a great job handpicking old posts in his Golden Oldies series
Hopefully you had a good year since then.
Thank you, I did

I'm exactly the type of person that would have pissed you off at that time. Even when I'm taking things seriously, I'm still making jokes. I don't act seriously, middle child syndrome or something.

Haha, you can also try to piss me off now as much as you want, I'll just see it as a challenge to control my emotions. That's also how I view interacting with @DarthCoin. If you give him the benefit of the doubt, you might think he just likes to troll people so they can learn how to deal with trolls and live a better life.
And at least SN is pay to troll, right @DarthCoin?

My first few interactions with him were pretty rough, but now I just read what he is saying, not how he is saying it. The guy is super helpful. I just chalk it up to communication differences.

The guy is super helpful.
He can be, but he can also be super annoying.

I don't have much of a leg to stand on with that one.🤣
There's definitely a non zero part of the general population that just doesn't get me at all. I'd imagine there's already a few stackers perpetually roll their eyes when they see me. That's ok though, there's room for everyone.
