I have noticed that there seem to be quite a few territories that don't have much going on and my guess is that is because no one cares about them, beyond their value in name, like "real-estate" scam shitcoin value storage. How can we deal with this? And how many of these territories are basically ghost towns?
That is how ~art is. I want to support the space but its kind of lame when there is no one around and it feels so dead.

I always think about this guy when I think about being a territory founder:
Actually, the whole post to which I replied is related.

I have many ideas for ~security and ~crypto but no execution. I had a big idea for ~oracle with delphi.market but also no significant execution for over a year.1 I decided to let it go (for now??) because we have Predyx now and thus transferred the territory to @mega_dreamer. It sucks to be an idea guy, I tell you that, lol.
I think the best founders that actually care about their territories are @siggy47 and @grayruby. @Public_N_M_E also comes to mind because I like to share my music in the daily discussion thread.
But other than that… good question. But that’s just my limited view.

I agree that those seem like the ones that put the most into their territories. I can see why being good with ideas would be tough. Always getting new inspiring moments and then ending up with too many to have focus. I suspect Idea people are not as good at executing. Can't have it all guess. I suppose that is why we work in teams. Thanks for sharing.

No no. I just couldn't figure out why he wasn't posting the new sports markets like Super Bowl etc in sports but instead in oracle but it makes sense now. It's all good. I use predyx every day.

Based on engagement by territory owner, the order should be
Some of the territory owners are idle because they've invested 3million sats and they know they'll definitely get it back, may be little late. But nothing wrong in that, they may have their reasons.

The ~DIY territory - my baby, my passion project, my excuse to procrastinate on actual work. I mean, who needs productivity when you can have a virtual plot of land with a cool name, right? But seriously, just because we don't have a bustling metropolis of activity doesn't mean we're not alive and kicking (or at least, occasionally twitching).
As for the value of our territory, well, let's just say we're holding out for the inevitable DIY revolution. When the world finally realizes that crafting and fixing things yourself is the key to true happiness, our little territory will be worth its weight in gold (digital gold). Until then, we'll just keep on keeping on, enjoying the peaceful quiet of our virtual ghost town.
So, to answer your question, I'd say there are probably a few territories like ours out there - not exactly thriving hubs of activity, but still beloved by their owners and awaiting their chance to shine. And who knows? Maybe one day we'll all band together and create a vibrant community of... well, not exactly ghost towns, but perhaps "virtual villages" or "online outskirts"? The possibilities are endless!

I was poking fun at the idea that there will be money in it.... I expect not....but I do think there is great value in it

Sometimes the area is quiet, many people don't care, because it's still quiet, to beautify it, we hope friends will help seriously develop the area.
