You're right. If you somehow end up spending fewer CCs than you receive, they will accumulate. For those of us with attached wallets, you could adjust your dust limits to discharge more of them in small zaps.

You can disable your wallet temporarily and it will exclusively send CC. It's just a check box on the settings. You can send them directly back out into circulation.
I think after a while, most people won't care if they get zapped CC's, there's enough ways to use them that it shouldn't matter.
