Previous Lazybones workout reports
Generally pretty bad week. Not shit, but slightly below average. Lots of room for improvement!
Sunday: 50 pushups + lead a very-different yoga class (#902043)
Monday: 45 pushups (15 of which wide-arms) + full yoga session (with arm balances etc #864752) and some 3x5 pull-up (and some upside-down rings balancing)
Tuesday: 20 pushups + Judo session (First time I really made progress in Judo... pretty astonishing and I truly enjoyed it for once.)
Wednesday: 25 pushups
Thursday: 0 (migraine in the morning, headache most of the day)
Friday: 60 pushups (4x15), basically rushed out while cooking dinner + ninjutsu class in the village.
