Day 518 of 100+ pushups per day; day 417 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 50 normal/narrow, 24 diamond, 16 pike, 30 pseudo, 18 spiderman, 18 side-to-side; Total: 166 Emotionally mature? I can be emotional. But I acknowledge and feel my emotions and (I think) I know how to manage them/direct them as necessary. So I would say yes, but really it's a very subjective question and answer. And especially difficult to answer about oneself.

Anyone here take deer antler as a supplement? Thoughts? And or any mushroom like lions Maine etc?
reply
What are these? Maybe @Undisciplined or @denlillaapan can help you. I'm a proud vegetarian, haha.
reply
I know nothing of this ...Except that nobody should be vegetarian, ever.
reply
Yes I’m not talking about vegetarian. But these supplements would be fine if you were
reply
probably. They seem very dope... not sure what they get you that others/your food wouldn't
reply
Yeah I have been hearing about a lot of people think they are good and give them more energy clarity so on depending on the mushroom type. But hard to really know same with a lot of supplements
Gym day today. Proof:
Will be pushups (s/o, @Kontext), pull-ups and handstands

Wow! I like the colour of the mat. Also this is AirEx, It is too costly for me, but I like them..
reply
cushy gym mat, I dunno, man. Don't love them. Waaay to thick, esp when you're already on a softened floor like this (up)
I use Liforme for my yoga practice (but obvs this was at the gym!)

What does "emotionally mature" mean? I'm very low in neuroticism, but I don't handle loss very well and I'm not great at comforting people in distress.
I hit my step target yesterday, but had to pace around the house a bit before bed. I often come up a few steps short and then have to walk around until my step tracker updates.

I guess it's how well you manage your emotions. From your description I think you don't put any effort to manage them. Haha.
I too walk on the terrace. I don't like going outside for walking and it is not vry interesting repeating the same stretch but it helps. I don't look at my step tracker, I just count 100 rounds of our 30 metre long terrace.
reply
I just have to look at the tracker to make sure it's updated and I'm over the goal. I don't really look at it much during the day.
reply
No, not emotionally mature. I FUCKING CHILD.
Also, lazybones reporting in for duuuuu-tyyyyy!
reply
Ah fun run in the sun before wedding dancing tonight!
