Will Aardvark actually lift today?!?! Who knows?
reply
Aardvarks don't just dig when they feel like it.
They dig because they don't want to die.
reply
They are like rats who need to keep tearing.

So true. I just gave RBD the TLDR. #914652. I'll get back into my routine in a couple weeks at the latest
reply
Oh man, that's so tough. Unless, you think lifting will help you manage your stress, it probably is best to set it aside for now.

I'm not stressed, I've been having a good time, but it seems like every day that I want to lift I'm at my dad's, or my mom's, or my sister is here.
The crazy part is that my sister is extremely athletic, she actually teaches "pure barr" and wants to lift in my hometown gym. We're just having scheduling issues.

Ugh snow day, no excuses. 5 miles in sunshine and fresh air! If it was easy everyone would do, but nothing worth achieving is easy!

I had to stay up until almost midnight to get my steps in. I spent most of the day on the couch comforting a very scared dog.
As to dandruff, you can try tea tree oil. That's what a stylist recommended to me.
reply
We also have a puppy here but we have his mother to comfort him. 🤗
Tea tree oil is a very good medicine for many things including any fungal infection. I've used curd mixed with some apple vinegar, it works for sometime.
How was your experience with Tea tree oil? Did it work?
reply
I think so. I didn't really have dandruff, but my scalp was a little dry and it did seem to help.
