indeed we certainly are fucking shit up pretty good. but at this point i believe any such 'solutions' that will certainly be worse than letting things play out as they will play out. we aint gonna band together and figure it out, fairly and all that... it's all just corruption, greed and control for resources all the way down from here forward. So, I say let people do what they are going to do as far as carbon dioxide and all that goes.

Solo CK pool looks something like this in mempool.space, so I think this was someone running ck miner software on their own stack. Very cool.

usually mempool shows 'ck pool' instead of unknown when one was using ckpool. Does this indicate the miner was running their own version of ckpool ? Very cool either way but...be a lot cooler if it was their own node! hahah

you can only fight miner centralization by mining. if you don't own miners you can also buy mining contracts and point them to the pool of your choice to help out via rigly.io

nostr seems like it could be useful here, both for facilitating the payment but also for leaving nice messages to the couple. getting a relay on relay.tools, require users to pay a minimum zap to use the relay. once they are on the relay, they can zap the wedding couple, leave notes, etc. could be done through a nostr client or just simply from relay.tools website link to the relay.

nice, glad to see them adding NWC to their built-in wallet. that was a constraint to nostr's interoperability in practice. need to be able to take wallets to any nostr client.
