There is no magic formula that works for everyone, and many of the generic tips you hear may work for some people but not for others. What I always hear is:
- Keep electronic devices that might distract you away from you.
- Find a quiet and private place to work.
- Set goals and schedules.
I hope it works for you.
You felt offended by an offense that was not directed at you. You didn't write the script for the movie I offended, I imagine. The only reason you feel this way is because I said you used a scarecrow and that's not even an offense. If you don't want people to engage with your post and comment, don't post or comment.
Science is a protocol and good results are obtained by following this protocol. The term being captured as a validation keyword is sad and in no way shakes the protocol.
A stupid question with a stupid answer from a bad movie about a good book is not a good argument for what was commented. It's like responding with a straw man.
That's exactly what I've been talking about. AI does not reason, it has no creativity, it is just causal reactions within a logic. His creations are nothing more than aggregates of calculations in the form of language. Humans think, feel, ponder, and all of this based on neural connections on lived experiences. An emulation based on results of the human creation process is not creativity. AI cannot create new solutions to problems, whether mathematical or linguistic, if they do not have databases for this, humans do.
I understand that it was a natural movement of supply and demand. Users entered with the offer of lower fees, and miners met the demand with these fees.
With each new discovery we strengthen a knowledge that could be lost while we would believe old pages of books written by ignorant people who reported their shallow beliefs in order to justify their crowns and the control they placed over others. "It's divine, that's why it's so". Today we have tools that allow communication between people who seek the truth wherever it is, they publish diverse information that leads us to freedom.
There, the use of the tool is more direct and objective, like a calculation. It's not a computer filling in gaps with incomplete information taken from its databases and poorly designed programming to emulate a human. What we have are people making friends, undergoing therapy, creating texts they can't write and shortening those they can't read. A cycle of dependency, laziness, and stupidity never before seen, since we've always designed tools that make the work easier, not ones that do the work themselves and where people put their names as creators when they're not.
New technologies may change how we do things, but it's still people who do the things
Excellent mention, and that's why I think LLMs are different from other technologies. They don't simply shorten or simplify the way we do things; they modify and create them themselves. A calculation is something exact, the shortening of an obvious and expected result. The language of an LLM is the emulation of a human response based on short instructions, and its programming itself is something different from other tools we create. Even machine learning is more honest than LLM.
Dollar is not king, it is fiat that lives on state coercion while bitcoin is in fact the money that matters or should matter to everyone.
It's so bad and pretended that I don't even know if they take it seriously themselves. Let me add elements to this comical post.
- implement and scale solutions that include modern digital technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, in the field of international settlements and payments;
4.1. Consortium Council: is the highest governing body of the Consortium (Consortium Council, Council), consisting of persons appointed by the Consortium Participants, one representative from each Participant.
AI for teachers
Many are fucked up if they let children be taught that AI is a good thing for learning. Parents should be very close to review and teach their children. Whoever leaves it in the hands of dumb teachers is doomed to create humans who are not at all functional.
The centralized systems of this world survive by exploiting human weaknesses. Decentralized systems thrive upon human virtues.
I agree a little with the first sentence and not with the second. Centralized systems survive not only by weakness, but by stupidity, conformity, greed and inhumanity. Virtues are not the basis of a decentralized system, responsibility and freedom are. I have seen and see many aberrations being defended based on virtues, curtailment of freedoms, coercion, destruction of heritage. Virtues by themselves are nothing if they were based on dubious morals and therefore need to be based on universal moral senses, such as Natural Law, for example.
We aren’t training AI. AI is training us
It's making them relaxed, putting them in a position of lethargy since it's easier to ask the AI and ask it to fix something, like a text, than to do it yourself. Nothing is learned, creation and responsibility disappear and all users are messengers between AIs.
I have never used AI
I won't be a hypocrite to say that I never used it. At first I saw what it was all about and experienced what the long-awaited agent of destruction of humanity looked like. Destruction not in apocalyptic terms, I hope not, destruction in anthropological terms. We have been going down this slope for a long time, polluting, exchanging freedom and sovereignty for comfort, all for the sake of a progress that no one asked for, authorized or needs.
AI are practical, fake and dumb. Those who need this cannot stop for 5 minutes to do their own work or to ask for help from another human mind.
It would be very interesting to have a newsletter focused on this topic and tools that you mentioned, especially here at SN. There are already guides and texts for many of the things you mentioned, yet you will be welcome. It can focus on user experience and points of attention with the north being sovereignty.
Everyone has a story like this in relation to devices, always listening and when it is because it is recurrent, it is no longer a myth. The device may not have just heard but seen elements that it understands as dangerous, as mentioned before about the Apple Watch. Still, people are scared by this and are not scared and destroy their privacy through social networks and all kinds of online interactions, they are training systems that will be used to control them even more, to end the minimum they have. That should be scary. Even so, your report is very welcome.
