I can’t seem to find you either
I couldn’t think of a better way to word it.
But if OP is looking for a timeline, I believe sometime shortly before the halving after next, we will see the reality of Bitcoins scarcity begin to set in.
Do not underestimate how many people don’t know Bitcoin is even scarce in the first place. We have an immense advantage by simply knowing what a halving and a difficulty adjustment means for the economics surrounding Bitcoin.
Title: Intentional Gibberish
Content: Need a non-click-bait header. you need a fundamental word (world?) order.
Bitcoin is very easy to understand if you don't have much time to study it. when you study it for 10 years, you understand that you know it only by 5% ... how did it happen?

[It is quite amazing, bitcoin certainly sends you down a path of discovering money, economics, politics, cryptography, technology and much, much more.
I do often wonder what else Bitcoin has left for us to discover as the years go on.]
Reply translation: Russians first think and analyze, and only after that they do. I won’t be surprised if in 50 years we find out that bitcoin was invented by a man from Russia who was fluent in the Russian language to perfection. IMHO.

[comrade satoshi, that would be quite the discovery. One of the best things about bitcoin is it does not matter who created it, but that it is here now and functions independently and in a manner where the creators location is irrelevant.]
Sadly you’ll just have to rely on this anonymous Bitcoiners fading recollection of the post. Like I said, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to relocate that post.
It certainly did help me a lot at the time though.
“Design refresh” got my ears tingling. I sent a message over on Twitter, I am happy to contribute if there is anything I can do to help.
From memory;
During the 2017 hash wars an anonymous Bitcoin OG posted a very thought-out criticism of a simple block size increase and gave a great explanation of why LN and other second layer solutions will be the most viable method for Bitcoin to scale to the masses whilst retaining and promoting decentralisation on the network over the long-term. He signed the message with a transaction from an old wallet to validate his claim of being a Bitcoin OG. The original text was posted on justpaste.it and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to find it again, I wouldn’t know where to begin looking for it and I only stumbled across it by chance as I was researching arguments from both sides of the scaling debate.
Of course, I am by no means suggesting to intentionally blind yourself to what is happening in the rest of the space. In fact I think it is crucial to have an understanding of the space as a whole, so you’re definitely following the right path.
Good luck in your endeavours!
Welcome mate!
Stick around and you’ll be updating that bio to “Bitcoin enthusiast” in no time.
Here are some things I highly recommend taking a look at:
Gradually then suddenly archive - https://unchained.com/blog/category/gradually-then-suddenly/
The bullish case for Bitcoin - https://vijayboyapati.medium.com/the-bullish-case-for-bitcoin-6ecc8bdecc1
Trader University (YouTube channel) - https://youtube.com/c/TraderUniversity
This is very helpful. If this is your doing, I would love to see a lightning section added.
Also would like to suggest adding Bitaroo (A Bitcoin-only Australian exchange with Lightning support) added to this.
Great work, thank you for all your effort. Just know there are many of us out there that do very genuinely appreciate seeing this.
I hope I can do something in a similar vein to help Bitcoin sometime in the future, when I am able to.
I am saving up sats with Fountain, sMiles and Stacker News to buy a bolt card. I don’t really think I have anywhere (physical) to actually use it currently, but damn do they look cool asf.
Where are you grabbing this data from?
I have only been here for a few days, but it feels like home and I am sure many Bitcoiners feel the same and just simply do not know that this platform exists yet. I want to see it continue to grow.
Title: x100
Content: governments can control the country's economy with bitcoin... withdrawing it from circulation or pouring it in again. which may arouse the desire of states to own it. what do you say?

[I believe the game theory at play here already incentivises governments and states to buy / mine / hold / accumulate Bitcoin however they see fit, but to also remain quite about doing so up until it is no longer possible to remain quite.
Some counties, Russia for example, have incentive to at the very least consider using it as a means of international trade. I can not see them doing this anytime soon, though I feel they may very well have seriously considered the notion.]

[Yes, Satoshis are indeed valuable. This platform incentivises genuine content and helps us pivot / move away from clickbait headlines.]
Title: Faith in Bitcoin
Content: he (Satoshi Nakamoto) solved one important problem for humanity of the trust of the transaction (The double spend problem / Byzantine generals problem). from this it is worth asserting its usefulness for mankind.

I am not sure how difficult implementation would be but I think it would be cool to have a translate button utilising Google translate to at least give us somewhat of an idea of what users speaking another language are posting. It would be very cool to be able to facilitate these users that make their way to this platform so they don’t feel completely isolated from the community.

[Welcome to stacker news. Yes, every day more and more of us realize the importance of the invention of Bitcoin and Satoshi.]
As much as I love the idea and want to see it flourish, the app is not very good at the moment. I don’t even have a simple way to view my own profile without searching for myself.
You should have 4 tabs down the bottom of the app;
Home, Encrypted DMs, Search and Notifications
Just search for UnitOfAccount in the search tab if you want to find my profile, though I can not see myself using that platform even a fraction of the amount of time I will use SN. At least until it’s a bit more fleshed out.
They have a Bitcoin tip button that also doesn’t seem to work at all.
I personally think Stacker News is magnitudes better, but that may just be that I prefer these kinds of platforms over twitter-esque platforms.
All good mate, I didn’t mean to be harsh I was just sceptical is all. Looking forward to seeing your project.
No link provided. No results from various search engines. Decentralised spelt incorrectly. “Decentralised, blockchain social media” / “lightning satoshis” random keywords.
And you’re straight up asking for donations without providing anything?
Fishy to say the least, you aren’t just trying to dupe people here for some sats, are you? Give us a link or something.
You aren’t a native English speaker so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, but this is a pretty empty post you’ve just made regardless.
