I've been struggling with OMAD now that I'm doing yoga. If I were eating carbs it might be doable, but I find myself needing to eat something earlier in the day.
I might skip yoga tomorrow. My body is pretty recked after three days in a row. But I do want it to be a habit like drinking water is a habit.
A little ice cream
what kind?
Very cheap free vanilla and chocolate from the freezer at work.
Do you think snacking on some fruit would be enough for yoga days?

I can only imagine the ones with the wooden spoons.

If I added a sweet potato to omad that might be enough. Otherwise, I've found myself eating sardines/oysters/beef jerky early in the day.

I probably wouldn’t even count that as a meal, depending on the quantity.

It's not much of a meal, but OMAD is about not eating anything but one meal.

From what I’ve read about fasting, eating or drinking very small amounts of calories doesn’t shift you out of that metabolic state.
I’m counting days as OMAD whenever I consume less than about 100 calories outside my window.

Oh hm, I guess I've adopted a relatively strict interpretation
