There are a few times of the day where scheduled changes happen, but these times that are chosen seem kind of random.
The "day" for metrics (Plausible) is Central Time. Austin, TX (where SN operates out of) is CDT, so that makes sense, maybe. The transaction for the daily airdrop
/ "yield" payout shows at 3am Central Time. The Daily Discussion thread starts at 5am Central Time (which is late morning in Europe, late afternoon or evening in the far East).

Volodymir Zelenski is a pyromaniac. He could have negotiated a truce with Russia before the war even started and now he is trying to drag Europe and NATO into it and he is succeeding. A total scumbag. My prediction is that in two years we will never hear from him again, ww3 might be on thanks to his "diplomacy", and he will just quitely retire to one of his mansions in Florida and watch it unfold.
