I first heard Ren with the track "Hi Ren" which was a proper gut punch of a track.

It's a shame I don't understand French fully. I can understand about half of what she says, but I usually watch the translations. It was some friends who were living in France who introduced me to it, and I liked it right away. It's good vibes!

I stopped watching/listening to translations eventually as they're always so poorly grammared that it, for me, subtracts from the song. It sounds amazing in their native language, I stopped wanting to change that. But I get what ya mean about also wanting to understand what they're saying, I tend to look up the lyrics afterwards just so I have an appreciation of what they're singing about. Then you can hear the inflections and stuff in their voice.

Nah, I think the embedded player only works on normal YouTube. Maybe desktop users had more luck but I predominantly use mobile and tapping it did nothing 😞
