When covid began affecting my life in the spring of 2000, my outrage was focused on the lockdowns, the immediate ramifications for my business, and the general assumption that the Bill Of Rights didn’t apply anymore. When the vaccines came out, I knew I wasn’t getting jabbed, but, if I’m honest, that was primarily because the government wanted to force it on me. My usually latent anarchist tendencies were aroused.

My wife, on the other hand, had been hearing about Fauci since the AIDS crisis. Suffice it to say she wasn’t a fan. During the lockdowns we would take turns choosing which podcast to listen to. She wanted to hear about Fauci and the vaccines. I was interested in bitcoin and libertarianism. We influenced each other. Now she is a big RFK Jr supporter, while I don’t plan on voting for the first time in my adult life. We own this book, but I have not read it yet. Maybe this is the push I need.

Another great poetry post by Stackin. I really liked this one. It seems like it has been a while since we have had one of these posts. Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m always glad to see one.
