Interesting day so far.

• Worked on the beat tapes. Submitted an article to whatisbitcoin.com posted and commented on nostr and sn
• Gotta finish a zaplist PR, so that I can move on to working on hivetalk things, and still want to work on sn dev things, last time I checked I was running into problems with the dev environment Think the laptop was running out of space. Probably going to sign up for the plebnet.dev membership.......looks like a good time.
• Have a bunch of fiat mining to do.
• Waiting on a Bitaxe Gamma to arrive in the mail.
• Working on a short story that's coming along pretty well (Need to lighten it up a bit, getting way too dark and depressing)
• Finished reading "A lodging of Wayfaring Men" Blew Hustles socks off.
• Started a Run club ox chat group
• Started a merch shop using printify, but would be wild to sell Bitaxes/Meshtastic devices/Seed Signers/Flipper zeros/Drones/3d Printers
• Still applying for jobs within the ecosystem, Applied to brains and TheBitcoinWell.
• Want to start a Radio Station full of lo-fi beats Want to make rain sounds and meditation sounds for freaks Want to reward listeners with sats when wavlake rolls out that functionality, which might be sooner than later.

And shoutout to PC Cafe's, Hustle was pretty much raised in those things.

I checked CMC today for the first time in many many months, out of curiosity, like someone stalking their ex on Facebook.

I used to be convinced that XTZ would be the next big thing after bitcoin, and that it would make me fiat rich. I participated in their ico, and by the time I finally sold all my XTZ stack a few years later, it had lost ~80% of its value. The big paradox was that I had made a negligible fiat profit BUT a huuuuge loss in BTC (80%).

Agent and PrincipalAgent and Principal

In simple terms Agent to Principal refers to a business relationship which recognises one person as having power to create or alter legal rights, duties or obligations of another person, and has been given authority to act within the confines of a predetermined and signed contract.

The principal is the person who has the ultimate authority, and also carries the burden of responsibility of the agent.

Within any dispute or accusation of a crime, the principal is the person who has made the claim.

The agent is the person who has accepted the contract of the principal and has agreed to act upon the information given by the principal.

The agent does not contract directly with a recipient of the principals claim in their own right, and therefore generally has no liability regarding the issue at hand.

However, the agent can be held responsible for their own actions if they carry out an act that is outside the purview of the principals contract, acts on fraudulent or misinformation or violates the rights of the recipient.

If the agent can not name the principal, or offers a name of a legal fiction, or a principal cannot be found, then the agent is fully responsible and liable for any and all acts, claims and statements thereof.
