Cocktail of the day: Bramble

Created by the one and only Dick Bradsell at Fred's Club, Soho, London in the 80s
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Dry Gin 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 1/2 oz Creme de Mure (or Creme de Cassis) 3-4 drops saline solution
Instructions: Shake all the ingredients except the Crème de Mure with two small and one large cube. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice pebbles. Top with Creme de Mur and garnish with lemon wheel and blackberries. Garnish with rasperry if you have used Creme de Cassis.

TIL, by googling Creme de Mure, that you can make your own liqueurs.

You can make all the creams at home! We did! But we ran out very quickly this year.
If you don't want to bother or don't have the time, I would always recommend the French creams! They are the best!
