Many things seem to be trying to help, but actually, they are making you depend on them and slowly take away your ability/will to do things yourself.

Takeaway apps are taking away your ability or the will to cook
Makeup or skincare products are covering for bad eating habits or lifestyle

100% true! I notice an interesting thing on myself. When I am at my regular home, my skin smell weird. When I am at my citadel building place, staying all day in the sun, outisde in the sun, washing in the river and eating good stuff, my skin smell nice. Maybe is the water, maybe is the sun, idk, but I really enjoy being there. Ahhh, only 1 month waiting and I will be back there.
