Any bitcoin one buys anywhere can be recycled into a totally unrelated UTXO. One way is to first peg-in the on-chain sats using your own elementsd node (or TDEX smartphone opensource app which can do the same without need of running your node) into LiquidBTC* and then peg-out using SideSwap - all on Blockstream Liquid.
It sounds like YASC, but is not. Learn about Liquid. The nodes fully depend on a running Bitcoin Core node and funds while liquid are held on 11of15 multisig addresses.
See some current fullnode stats, where by full I mean a node serving all the historical blocks: https://ln.uk.ms/bitcoin.txt
Pruned node has a full chainstate (7.9GB at the moment) and at least 550 MB of recent blocks (in case of a reorg). But apart from not serving old blocks it can do all that a Bitcoin node does. Can even run in Termux on Android from where I sent a tx which got mined into block 777777 and can prove the plaintext which SHA256 into what is in OP_RETURN output of 777777x179.
Yes. And it is still just spam which you can ignore.
Graphene in the title refers probably to GrapheneOS, is that right? Note that this Android mod does not allow you to do real things with your "phone" (which is actually just a small computer). Yes, most of the Android mods (Samsung, Xiaomi, …) are not any better, but on such phones one is at least able to install a custom Recovery (preferably TWRP) which then lets the owner of the device to install a vanilla Android (LineageOS), optionally with Google Apps and Magisk.
Installing the latter two to an Android phone leads to a device that can run any app from the Google Play store but still letting you as the owner use superpowers and learn. For example by connecting over USB from your computer using ADB.
GrapheneOS wouldn't work if the tech used by Google in Android itself was broken. And because it is not broken, but actually works great, one can install latest Revolut (or any other root-checking app) and use it on a rooted phone by adding it to the DenyList on Magisk.
IMHO making more consumers rather than teaching principles is not the way to go. Android is Linux. Everyone is free to learn.
Like there is a clear thread of history regarding Bitcoin, which leads to understanding the "only" part, the same way can be used to go deeper into history of computers and learn about Linux, UNIX (KISS), birds' nest (architecture) and so on.
All the best!
You are welcome! Thank you too for reading!
By the way, there is now an blocknotify.sh script showing nice big block numbers using figlet(6). Enjoy!
Mempool rebroadcasting is done for practical purposes. In 2020 the mempool was very congested, but when the miners mined multiple blocks quickly, they were not filling them up since they forgot the low-paying transactions already. Proved on Plebnet Playground (another testing network with free bitcoins) where during the times of only one miner, when something happened to the main mining/signing node, it was possible to end up with some TXs in mempool on the explorer, but never mined for days. Since rebroadcast is done, no transactions are forgotten.
Just wanted to show how great is SN as a Lightning Network wallet. It is well connected and the invoices that are paid are simply paid and that's it. The sats are on the other side.
I used the link to BTCPay Server from your site. It works well. All the best!

Much better than stacking on the article where SN gets 10% cut as @k00b said recently…
Thank you for such a nice music! I like Silent Vow a lot!
Would never think of that either. I agree it's just about what one is already used to. So feel free to ignore my ideas. Just rambling and shilling sats ;-)
The clear way would be to make left empty space of the comment change color on mouse-over and clickable, which would lead to the same place where now "\ … replies " leads to.
The unbelievable thing is that when I click "… replies" I get to the comment itself. The more obvious (but also horrible) would be Twitter-way where one can click somewhere on the text of the Tweet/comment and get to its own link. But when there are more active elements, it may be hard to do it.
I mean it is quite easy. I will do it now and will remember (and I did before). But when I came back after some time, it's totally not resembling anything else.
Aaaah, have it now. I have to click "# replies". Oops. Totally.
Let's say I want to get a link to this comment of yours. I see three dots. When I click them it allows me to Flag, which is not what I want.
On the right I see something, reminds me of GitHub where I can copy a link to this comment. But when I click it, the comment just disappears.
In my notifications panel I go to parent of your comment and get link to #101003. Never used it before and it's quite hard for me to see there are more links in the notifications than when looking at the real thing.
Really no idea how to get to link #100994.
I have 6000 sats on trap license mail skin attack cable evidence panther never virtual fruit cable and can not import it anywhere else.
Ah, the address tb1qf599fs22elt03zmrh2w8ww5snk8zcd5q80jm57 has been used many times already — that looks like testnet coins crowdfunding to start a new faucet :-)
Anyway. You'd better use Signet as you can abstract out of mining and will get much smoother block times (like on mainnet).
Another thing: The red animation is super ugly. I would not use it myself.
@k00b it's quite fun that the comment itself can not be easily referred to with an exact link. Or can it? Maybe I'm just missing something.
IMHO the minimal fees will be 1sat per transaction, i.e. the small TXs will need to "overpay" to get to 1 final fee when the -minrelaytxfee is the minimum — 0.00000001.
But everyone will know that a TX with minimal fee will not live in the mempool for long and will never get mined. That's a real market. When the mempool is full all the time and minimal fees are minimal (not like the current default of 1000 sat perkvB).
But that's just my opinion after thinking about it and running nodes and explorers for years.
