spam prevention.
I'll probs be archiving the territory anyway
Value is subjective.
You could use lightning? LN coming under pressure because of high fees is good for Bitcoin.
ocean.xyz were willing to give up majority of the fees if mining the 840000 block.
lol why would you plug into that pool
Ordinals are an opt in way of viewing individual units of Bitcoin, by assigning them certain rarities.
Inscriptions are the NFTs on Bitcoin.
Runes is the fungible token protocol on top of Bitcoin.
One way to fix this problem is to make ordinals the most uncool thing in "crypto". You can do your part by reinforcing that Ordinals are highly uncool, abusive spam, and anyone involved in a fraud and a scammer.
This is literally what people do now already lol
Ordinals are opt-in, so just opt-out and never mention them
Seems his underlying understanding of time preference is that it sets the interest rate, therefore hodling is actually High Time Preference.

or maybe on something like wikifreedia.xyz
I think this kind of information should be set up similar to an open-source project. Similar to how you previously posted it could be used to limit the power of the state, if the plebs had this information at their fingertips then it'd be more likely to make a difference.
I've looked into it and understand the concept, just unsure as to whether it's a load of baloney (have tried to research and still unclear).
same process could also apply to unschooling/homeschooling.
the magic unicorn, that is covenants, seems to be the answer to everything
if it is repeated a thousand times it becomes the truth
lol yes the autist in me got pretty tired writing. I guess what I was loosely trying to say, without spelling it out, is that if you think ordinal theory is stupid, then satoshis are equally stupid too -
- Both made up, on top of Bitcoin
- Both have people divided
- Both make Bitcoin quite confusing
- Both potentially harmful to understanding Bitcoin and adoption
How you might think Ordinals don't make sense and are an issue, Satoshis could be the real 'elephant in the room' causing confusion at the core of things.
There's alot of context missing to how I am seeing it all, but I couldn't face writing much more. Anyway, I think it's much simpler to use bitcoin as the unit account and switching to the 2.1 quadrillion supply narrative.
