I saw that - well, Bitrefill normally profits from buying vouchers at a discount, so it's probable that no discount was provided (by the voucher printers) in this case. I've not seen markup fees before, on Bitrefill.
Perhaps if it can be shown that there is demand, a better rate would be negotiated!
