We are counting down the best ballparks in MLB throughout the 2025 season.
Here is the last edition #1008665.
This week we move on to #15.
American Family Field- Milwaukee Brewers
Opened: 2001
Capacity: 41,900
With so many nice parks, why 15? It's gotta be the giant slide in LF that the mascot slides down when the Brewers hit a home run. He used to slide into a giant mug of beer. I might have given this park top 10 status if that was still the case but he ends up on a platform now. Still, I think it is the most fun, unique feature in any ball park, with all due respect to the Houston train and NY Mets Big Apple. American Family Field is another indoor/outdoor stadium and like Houston they did a nice job with the large windows to allow natural light in. I like the old timey scoreboard in CF but on the downside the park is starting to show its age being almost a quarter century old.
We are now back on track to finish with the list the last week of the season, so on to #14 next week.
Sats for all,
GR
