Planning and executing are different skills, so it's best to have them compartmentalized in your brain.
I use some time every day/week/month to plan, and then execution is my default state.
Sometimes I might get annoyed with my planning self, but still have to execute the task.
Works wonders for actually getting important things done.

Testing out Google Bard, Will SN work on an A.I feature in the future?
If you are dealing with someone who is consuming carbs every hour he is awake you are wasting your time. This person is not functioning properly and you could not learn anything from this person and you could not teach this person anything. He would not listen. So you have to fix the diet before you can fix the world.
The most important thing when it comes to this is to create an eating window. Its easier said than done. But the difference in terms of mental clarity, satiation, and weight will be night and day once you accomplish it. My eating window is between 10 am and 5 PM.
if you are on a whole foods, and grass fed meat diet, high in fat and low in carb then your results will be even better!
Most people will live their entire lives without this knowledge and likely significant resulting improvement in health and well being. You are welcome.
reply
Interesting. Am I right in thinking that if they're not used carbs eventually turn to sugar and then into fat reserves?
reply
Yes, but there are worse things happening. One thing is being overweight, its not that bad in itself. We are designed to put on weight. The bad thing is being insulin resistant which is what over consumption of carbs causes. Long story short it ruins the body and brain in a way that it feels normal but the damage it caused will be obvious if you reverse it. The good news is that in most cases it can be reversed relatively easy. If i recall correctly 80% of Americans are insulin resistant.
reply
The eating window is basically intermittent fasting, right?
reply
The term intermittent fasting frames the situation wrong. It is only in modern times that we started eating from the moment we woke up til the moment we go to bed. It was something Kelloggs started. So yes the term is Intermittent Fasting but its the wrong framing. When you dont over eat you are not fasting.

Greetings my friend!!! Tuesday is here and week is starting to look good, I feel optimistic about today, something in the air, something wonderful is going to happen today. I'm a tad busy with grades and getting students ready for the second trimester, so I gotta get cracking. I wish you all a phenomenal day, may it be profitable and successful, filled with love and remember that what you do is important and it matters. You matter and you're important. Be well my good friend and stay frosty.

Wall climbing or climbing an actual mountain?

Wall climbing
But rock climbing would be good, too but I would like some more indoor experience first again since rock climbing is usually lead climbing, I think.
I assume with climbing a mountain you mean more like walking up?
reply
Wall climbing
Noice. I've been only once wall climbing. I enjoyed it but it was taxing on my fingers and calves.
I assume with climbing a mountain you mean more like walking up?

Ah, that's rock climbing :) I can't see a rope though but he has equipment on him, so it's not free solo like Alex Honnold 🤔
And this picture reminded me of this intro to a Mission Impossible movie:
palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy I'm watching someone free solo again, ??? mom's spaghetti

I found this on Wikipedia:
Dorothy, naïve, young and simple—represents the American people. She is Everyman, led astray and seeking the way back home.[11] Moreover, following the road of gold leads eventually only to the Emerald City, which Taylor sees as symbolic of a fraudulent world built on greenback paper money, a fiat currency that cannot be redeemed in exchange for precious metals.

The Wizard Of Oz was a big part of your life if you grew up in the U.S. in the 1970s because of the movie. I want to read the book at some point. I watched a Lewis Carroll documentary on YouTube. Interesting. I guess he was a strange guy.

drink vodka stirred with his penis
Lmfao. What? I'm curious what the drink would be called 🤣
reply
Vodick 🤣
This thread is getting long, and I'm not sure if anyone will read it all. But it's amazing how no one has responded 🤣 They might not know what feijoada is 🤣 The only response was yours, and even then you didn't answer your own question objectively 🤣
reply
Lmfao. That's funny. To answer my own question: I would say it's called a 'burning penis' because sticking a penis in vodka will make a person regret their life choices 😅
