Was just thinking about solo mining,

Shouldn't all plebs be solo mining with something like a bitaxe? Millions of plebs with 4TH seems like a nice force to be reckoned with.

And you know we're early, when so few (even among the plebs) are attempting to live on a bitcoin standard. Would be cool to see more products focused on getting the user off the fiat standard.

Why Empty Blocks

When a new block is found, mining pools send miners a block template with no transactions so they can start searching for the next block as soon as possible. They send a block template full of transactions right afterward, but a full block template is a bigger data transfer and takes slightly longer to reach miners.

In this intervening time, which is usually no more than 1-2 seconds, miners sometimes get lucky and find a new block using the empty block template.

I’m rather proud of myself too. I’m the sort who avoids confrontation because it’s my tendency to clam up whenever I feel riled up. But today, I went up to my wife (who was scowling in the kitchen) and asked, “Are you angry with me?” That one question opened the floodgates for us to resolve things. I’m really glad that I took the first step - makes the arduous task of parenting somewhat more bearable

I like to avoid conflicts too, waste of time and hurt the mind.

Normally, I would just stay quiet for a while, then come to the person to talk - NEVER argue with anyone or make any decisions when you are angry.

Little Friday aka Thursday is here and the weekend is just around the corner, time to step it up and show this week who's boss, been quite the month to be honest and a good one indeed, with the ups and downs but overall, fantastic. I raised my voice at my wife yesterday because I was angry with her. Today I could have pretended that nothing had happened, but I decided to man up and have a fierce conversation with her and explain why I was angry. She got to tell me how she was angry with me too. In the end, I said sorry to her and we patched things up. Definitely a scary thing and I’m glad I did it!
