8.8k steps
15 hours into my fast (14 were dry).
Been thinking of trying a 24 water fast but I’m afraid to lose muscle and dealing with food cravings
You definitely won't lose any significant muscle mass in 24 hours. If you aren't accustomed to it, the cravings will be a struggle, but it's definitely doable.
I'd suggest finding a spot in your schedule where you're going to have a very busy morning through afternoon. Eat an early dinner the day before, then just don't have anything to eat or drink before you start that busy day.
That is a good idea
Amazing! You're doing the steps for the sats or it's just a normal routine?
I'm doing them for the sats and hoping it becomes a normal routine. It's miserably cold here, right now, so left to my own devices I wouldn't be nearly as active.

Haha I wish it were enough. Got a new doggo and she's adjusting to life with us she's intermittent with sleeping through the night, so some nights 8hrs sometimes 5 😭😭
Still getting time in the sauna though which helps promote recovery and has some useful benefits. So that's something, but not nearly where I was at pre injury.
Wow, a doggo at a time when you're recovering! Good to know you've a sauna. We've a river nearby which in winters becomes a natural sauna.
Can and will. I get back at it on Sunday 😁
Get back soon or you'll keep accumulating lazy days. ;)
Boring bit I've done the same as everyday. Had more sleep and ate more than usual though.
Yupp! If you eat more, you sleep more, it's commonsense.
You're embellishing my stats a bit there :D I'm at day 495 for 100+ pushups a day and day 394 for 120+ pushups a day... #891760
But YES. Let's get after it Stackers. One day at a time 🤠

Sorry sitting at 82kg . I have been advised to drop weight. According to bmi measurements system I’m overweight at starting weight of 87kg so trying to get down to prime weight of 75 ish kg
Another day another weigh lost. Today beef and many vegetables.
Great going! Does beef promise less weight gain?
I called it “beef” because I don’t know what you call this specific cut of meat in each country. It’s a leaner cut, ground, which I cooked.
Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I hope I’ve lost at least one kilo and reduced my abdominal measurement.
I'll take that. I'm lazy enough to burn the calories. However, I don't think an athlete like me really needs all these boring workouts including Yoga.
