Over 48 hours.
I think the recipient sees it as completed.
What happened, and is anything further needed by me?
I ask, because this being pending is causing me to not be able to deposit more, ... "pending invoices and withdrawals must not cause balance to exceed 100k sats"
There are no bots sending me PayPal or Cash app.
So the problem you are describing is solely due to incentives from SN. Fix/Improve the incentives or add penalties for gaming the incentives and your concern should disappear.
Does Wendy's still have a 99 cent menu? Or is that just that you can order per Nugget now and that is the price?
With the introduction of SpaceX's Starlink in 2019, remote workers no longer have to live in crowded, dirty, and dangerous metro areas -- many found this out during the exodus of major cities during Covid.
I don't think the implications of access to broadband speed literally (almost) everywhere on the planet has been considered enough.

Isn't it winter in Patagonia right now?
I am going to get my hands on a solar panel, sine inverter and lithium battery set.
The Starlink is a power hog. Plugging the Starlink router into A/C sucks even more power than the Starlink uses because of the loss from using the inverter when converting from DC.
There are a couple of devices for that ... Boondockers (Canada) and Dishy Powa (New Zealand). But those only work for the Starlink rectangular dish (which is what is sold with the Starlink Standard subscription) and they will not work with the High Performance dishes (Starlink "square", and Starlink "flat").
Otherwise, you are likely to not be able to operate late into the evening / night, due to the battery becoming drained.
Unless you are only looking for solar as a way to just cut power cost (and have access to utility / mains), you may want to look into these -- though they are essentially bleeding edge, so maybe start out with the inverter and see if power is a significant problem for you.
As far as sharing bandwidth from Starlink, assuming Starlink's terms of service permit that, without implementing proper "throttling" technology you will likely have tiktok and youtube watchers consuming all the bandwidth, and the service you provide will become terrible for everyone.
But it's been a decade now since the first "bitcoin-enabled hotspot" discussions began:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=7998.0
And then adding LN payments to the mix makes things a bit more complicated even. Here's an approach for some software that was offered for re-selling from an Android's mobile data connection:
https://github.com/araspitzu/btc-hotspot https://www.peplink.com/products/max-adapter This product has custom captive portal with a radius integration. So basically we just need to build a public captive portal that takes payments with LN and allow the user access.
In my app, I allow them access for the first minute or so and they can complete payment. Obviously you need to track it so it's not abused.

ABC (AI, Bitcoin, China)
So AI would be the next sub to add.
I had a similar acronym:

Meaning I too figure AI is the next most significant category.
Adding on to that story ... an interesting twist.
There was this L.A. Times reporter trailing Governor Johnson that day. She stood to my side listening as I was telling the Governor about bitcoin. I then asked her if she was familiar with bitcoin and I might even have asked her to write an article on it. She brushed me off to get in another question or two in with Governor Johnson.
A decade later, still with L.A. Times, she now does hit pieces on Bukele (President of El Salvador). And she still doesn't understand bitcoin.
Her 2011 article on Governor Johnson:
Republican Gary Johnson is not the average presidential candidate

November 4th, 2011.
Presidential candidate (and Libertarian) Gary Johnson (who came in 3rd place, losing to Obama and to the Republican candidate Mitt Romney) accepted bitcoin (from me).
The photo from the forum post no longer appears, but here is my copy:
After numerous failed log in attempts using my SN account linked to Twitter, due to Twitter being down intermittently I remembered that SN now supports multiple log-in methods simultaneously.
So now once I was finally able to log back in to SN using my Twitter account, I then added my e-mail as a login method. So if (when) in the future Twitter is down again, I can just switch to logging in via e-mail.
Just though I'ld share this tip in case it benefits anyone else as well.

The current CoinOS cannot do this, unless one runs their own CoinOS instance on their own domain. (which would, today, take a "bit of set up").
However, CoinOS founder shares his planned solution here:
i'm planning to add an automated withdrawal feature soon so that people can enter a non-custodial lightning or bitcoin address that we move funds to either as soon as they come in or on some sort of batch schedule
So the payments received (e.g., using the CoinOS PoS interface) could be protected because of the PIN being required in order to spend, and then those funds would be swept (either immediately or eventually, depending on how that sweep feature is designed) to a non-custodial destination.
Since this update ...
Trying to do a Link post. I get:

Haha, they don't want an honest review, they want good fluff reviews.
I gave my honest review of Conbase, and after my submission was reviewed my account got banned.
A review site that purges bad reviews that are submitted is worthless.

When we first put these badges on sale in 2011, bitcoins were bouncing somewhere between three and six dollars per USD.
Says "sold out", but that's because you can't buy these badges with DOLLARS like a SUCKER. You have to buy them with BITCOINS, like a CHAMP, using one of the two options above. They are not sold out! If you have a bitcoin, you can buy a badge right now.
Haha, I filled in the oval for Bill Still for president one time. I can't remember if it was the primary or general election though.
I had the same question. The captive portal first presents the LN invoice. Then:
