Hear that gov agents reading this? And I don't give a shit if you read it. You have NO power over me.Hear that gov agents reading this? And I don't give a shit if you read it. You have NO power over me.

You accused Samourai devs of "laundering" 100M USD, but they were not using USD, they were using Bitcoin. And Bitcoin in your own crap laws is NOT money.

So hear me out: I also "laundered" 100M but sats not USD. How? Through LN. Yes, mastering LN and mastering LN wallets. And even if you will find out, you have no power, you have NO jurisdiction over my sats, you have NO authority over my sats.

Why? Because my sats are NOT "legal tender", because my sats are only math, code, numbers. Also because all my trades for goods and services are ONLY in sats. I never touch anymore your dirty shitcoin USD.

Any retailer or individual could refuse to use a legal tender. Nobody can force you to use it. Why? What is the point of a legal tender then?

The point is that you cannot force a retailer to accept legal tender or indeed any other form of tender. If, however, you buy something from them and there is no contractual barrier to the use of any form of tender, and you offer legal tender in payment, and they refuse it, then they cannot enforce the debt in court.

That's what legal tender means: it's about discharging debts. If you incur a debt you can discharge it with legal tender, but you cannot be forced to incur the debt in the first place, if you see what I mean...

So yeah, all p2p trades are NOT your fucking business, only the ones done with a gov institution must be done using a "legal tender".

For those that want to know more how I "laundered" 100M sats over LN, please read my guides: https://darth-coin.github.io/

Special tip: even through Stacker News I "laundered" like 20M sats. But yeah you have to learn how to do it, you have to master the LN wallets and nodes.

Think about this aspect: through a single LN channel you can pass through infinite sats... only few understand this.

According to the government Bitcoin must have quantum properties. It is both a currency and not at the same time. It only picks a state when observed by the government. SchrΓΆdinger’s money if you will.

In most countries Bitcoin is seen as an asset, similar to for example, an index fund.

So, all the asset tax rules apply to it in the same way that they apply to other assets.

Because my sats are NOT "legal tender"

The concept of legal tender is defined by each country.

This post only applies to the US, whereas Bitcoin can be used anywhere.

For example, Bitcoin actually is legal tender in El Salvador.

reply

You are wrong. Please read again the law of El Salvador. It says "can be used like legal tender". It's a biiiig difference.

The concept of legal tender is defined by each country.

Nope. Is universal.

reply

https://www.diariooficial.gob.sv/seleccion/30534

That's the official place where the law was published (in Spanish, of course).

It might be that you're having issues translating it:

RegulaciΓ³n del bitcoin como moneda de curso legal

That word "como" means "as" in this case, not "like". So, basically it says the law will "regulate Bitcoin as legal tender", not "like legal tender"

reply

I speak fluently spanish... como means like.

reply

You're probably not a native Spanish speaker, as anyone who is one would know that the word "como" in this case means "as".

reply

como is not es

reply

Here are the multiple definition from the Real Academia EspaΓ±ola: https://dle.rae.es/como

In this case the closest word in English is "as".

reply

as is not is

If something is as something else, it's not that thing

it's just your interpretation

reply

Yes, use KYC custodial LN wallet. Eventually, they'll be forced to comply. What will you do with your stack of SATs? If ALL LN wallets are custodial? And you have to use LN because BTC off chain would be terrible in fees. Even if you're 100% right, doesn't mean they'll let you off. The devs of the Samoura wallet aren't even American, yet they demand he be extradited to America for Trials.

reply

go back to your cage hamster, you don't have balls to use Bitcoin. Bitcoin is only for the brave, not for the weak.

reply

Um I use a Hamsters ball to freely go as I please, ty. Last I remember the dark star explodes
