100% agree with the title, imagine paying 50 years FIXED mortage 45 years from now with current 10 % real inflation. I am pretty sure you'd be laughing at amount of montly payment :D and should consider yourself lucky if you were able to buy a lunch with it ...
ps. but we shouln'd be incentivize people to take mortages in first place, you should buy what you can afford with money you have - this is what is fundamentally wrong with society today and maybe this is what slavery is meant to be ( or at least one side of it ) in people you mention, 99 % of people are slaves in that regards and almost noone has savings
one more thing, should one connect alby account to alby hub ? Would you ? There are pros and cons, i did and i like to have those benefits. Just wondering ...
i see, i was watching BTCSession's YT video of AlbyHub and it seems ok-ish, Thanks for the heads up, gonna go with albyhub then ...
You basically answered all of it. Thanks ;) 2 channels with 1 M and swap 500k in each to get 1M inbound, right? When needed, open another one to get 3M outbound ( and swap ) to have 1.5M inbound.
ps. it's gonna be private node, i do not want public one - have a full time job already :D
bisq has more revolut offers compared to revolut, and by quite margin ... also, bisq has more reasonable offers. Revolut tends to have at least +3 above market whereas bisq you can find market price, or under quite often. kinda messed it up writing :D so again

this kind of tech is something i am waiting for :D
Imagine i could sync my garmin forerunner watches into this, being able to share my runs by one click to my profile on nostr.
bigger market share, more revenue ... there is nothing else there :) My guess is that if there was enough clients for bitcoin, they would not support eth
Next, i'd highly recommend to connect to local bitcoin node, either umbrel or start9. Do not trust public nodes :)
Bisq is by far the best way to buy no-kyc onchain btc.
I am reading "Chips Wars" and it paints a different view on topic. Both sides include massive subsidies from govs and American side uses tarrifs and bans of export of the goodies. China struggles massively because of the dolar dominance but they are trying.
Something had to change in this case, maybe they have finally figured it out that you can't stop foss and mostly everyone benefits instead of zero sum games they've been playing for decades.
