More like me getting my ass kicked by the distance and the heat.
Costco is great. We only go about once a month but buy a crap ton of stuff every time we go.
How about adding an exercise to your list? A cardio vascular exercise or a resistance training exercise or both? Something to work either the heart muscles or the body muscles.

I just realized I posted this on the wrong date's post. This should be in Sunday's post but I posted it on Saturday's post. Oh well...
I went for a run this morning, a long one, 21km. It was hot and I was sweating a ton. Throat dry, legs sluggish, the run was quite the struggle. I guess I'm out of shape for not running long runs since my marathon back in early May. I believe the furthest I've gone was 18km. The hot weather played a big part in kicking my ass too. The loop I was running was supposed to be a 23km loop, but I only ran 21km, called it quits, and walked the final 2km.
I also went to the local liquor store a couple hours ago and they sold out of many of their cold beer in the fridge. I guess cold beer sells extra well on hot days.
Today's stats:
- 100 push ups (2 sets of 50)
- 21km run at average pace of 5:42/km
- cold shower
- 31532 steps
I was just about to type the same thing and scrolled down to see this comment. I do exactly the same thing. Except, I also intake sugar from drinks as well as snacks. I guess we are all helplessly addicted to sugar.
I take full credit for this set, as my wife was not with me on this trip and I took the pics myself, haha.
It's true. Paul George -> Sabonis -> Hali.
Also true, Paul George -> SGA + 2022 first round pick = JW.
Yea, got some fierce competition in there. I need to up my game if I want a chance at winning this thing.
I'm in love with those AI videos. So damn funny. The baseball ones are hilarious as well. Best thing about these videos is that they are so wrong, but also so right at the same time.
Is the animation you guys were talking about Hero Ball? It's posted under the Bleacher Report account. I watch that too, it's pretty funny.
Why so bearish? Bitcoin not stopping at 120k. I'm already at 74.2km this month and it's not even the 15th yet. I think I'm on pace to run 150km this month. I'm thinking of upping my game and push to 200km if the price calls for it. I am traveling to Taiwan near the end of the month though, but I'll try to still run in Taiwan.
I started using Runstr and joined @TheWildHustle's season challenge. Trying to win this thing and get the 30k sat 1st place prize.
I believe we are all main characters in our own world. So I choose to focus on myself and live as the main character in my own world.
They also have a row of Stanley Cup banners somewhere up there. But all those are won from prehistoric times. I think the most recent one was from 1967, during which America was sort of still on the gold standard. But at least they got championship banners. We have nothing but retired Canucks jerseys hanging at the rafters of Rogers Arena.

HUGE perk.
I just installed the app and logged into my profile. Will try it out during my Sunday morning run. Thanks for your awesome work!
Was installing doors today at work, so lots of walking around while carrying things (well, doors). I was joking to my apprentice that he should pay me a gym membership for all the resistance training and cardio training. He responded by rolling his eyes and continued to carry another door upstairs.
Today's stats:
- 100 push ups (2 sets of 50)
- 3km run at average pace of 5:37/km
- cold shower
- 13864 steps
