It was maybe related to the time? Not sure how, but that's my only explanation why the server would render something else than the client for the edit timer. I assume that's where the hydration error came from.
Or was rendering just slow and it rendered one second less on the client?

yes, why not? I know will be easier to go to a buy gold shop, probably is the best option if in a rush to sell, because you'll get cash immediately, at an awful rate.
Selling P2P allow you to decide the rate, or at least define it with the buyer to find an agreement that fulfill both sides.

depends on where; gold coins are sold everywhere in some parts of the world ( easy selling too ) , and that's exactly how people store their savings in some cultures. 🫡

So far, so good. Apart items from the SN swag shop, we are not really selling anything. Our goal with the ~AGORA is to provide a safe space for stackers to have the opportunities to buy and sell privately, P2P. @beejay and @oshigood maybe can tell you more about their experience.
We use nostr as mere advertising platform. It could really for digital goods, but is always a mess as the NIPs will continue to change. We indeed identified other platforms to sell digital items that are more reliable #1047216
Regarding the free-dox shipping, for the SN swag we use a third party address that is also useful in case of returns. For small merchants, I advise using business address, the advantages are that there's no kyc-req for pickup/send and is open for business hours. These days, it is easy to find a parcel handler anywhere in the globe, as they already work with major private couriers, instead of global post offices ;)
